Ridiculous repairs need ridiculous solutions! or..How to turn a disaster around in 7 steps.

Every now and again, a repairer will have to fix something that's been "fixed" before.

This job was no exception! A beautiful vintage Maton Mastersound came into the shop with an appaling neck repair. Luckily, we've developed a great technique for removing this type of repair and making a guitar whole again, and maybe even stronger than original.

It's not any easy fix, and there is a certain amount of stress involved, but I think it's worth it to get these great old guitars back on the road.
